Return rich ContactChange objects from the delta APIs including added/removed numbers, change-type flags, and previous snapshots.
Detect deletes on Android/iOS (history + snapshot fallback), persist snapshots, and expose deleted entries to JS.
Update TypeScript declarations, README docs, and the example app to display the new delta summary.
