Install this in your htdocs folder in xampp,with the folder being called SE_Repo. So your path should be something like C:\xampp\htdocs\SE-FastTrack-
To view it on your browser type in http://localhost/SE-FastTrack-/public/
##YOU NEED TO TYPE THESE COMMANDS IN THE PHP TERMINAL IN ORDER TO GET IT RUNNING
(PS: You need to set up a database called fttest on phpmyadmin too)
php artisan migrate
and then.. php artisan migrate:refresh --seed
