osu!db file changes

The first 4 bytes inside the osu!.db file contains the version number. This page tries to document changes to the file as good as possible.

>20160403 and <20160411	?	I'm not sure if there is a version in this range, and if there is, I haven't seen them and thus cant test with them, so compatibility unknown
>=20160411	v1.2.0 - latest	4 bytes per beatmap were added (containing the amount of bytes for that beatmap)
