Added a dedicated cookie-policy.html page with AgriTech-specific cookie/storage details, user choices, third-party handling, and update/contact sections. I also added a cookie consent banner on index.html, plus footer/navigation links to the Cookie Policy from the main site footer, mobile footer, privacy-policy.html, and terms-and-service.html.
