Cleanup for new usage

The most important changes include updates to the README.md, removal of the action.yml file, and modifications to example implementations in the documentation.

Updates to project description and documentation:

• README.md: Updated the project description to reflect its new purpose as a library for building infrastructure provisioning GitHub Actions, removed detailed inputs and outputs documentation, and added links to example implementations.

Removal of GitHub Action configuration:

• action.yml: Removed the entire file, which previously contained the configuration for the GitHub Action, including inputs and outputs.

Modifications to example implementations:

• docs/aws.md: Updated the example usage to reference the new repositories start-aws-gha-runner and stop-aws-gha-runner instead of the old gha-runner. [1] [2]

I will start adding some mkdocs generated docs this week so we have them ready to deploy on whatever platform we decide. In the meantime, this is the cleanup.
