Set the `user-agent` header properly

Currently we're leaving the `user-agent` header mostly untouched (on both the client and the server).  
At the same time we're using a `?version=...` URL parameter for the websocket requests.

Get rid of the `?version=...` parameter and use `user-agent` values like `ondevice v0.2.1`
