What is the most unoptimized/most complex hello world print statement in python?

Rules:

• no sleep or pointless scopes everything must have a purpose
• for a time to be calculated it needs to be reviewed by multiple people (to try rule out hardware)
• must use only the standard libraries of python
• code must be readable and documented (so we can learn the ways of jank)
• the text printed must be plain Hello, World! (colors and other modifiers are not allowed)
• code must work offline
