Existing Sample Changes
Description
2024.0 IRTK VKL Updates for GPU.
Change in folder hierarchy to mirror embree GSG, README, CPU and GPU specific source files, sample.json testing.
Fixes Issue#
No filing but changes are requirement for new 2024.0 bits.
External Dependencies
icx-cl, icpx and sycl runtimes for GPU app. The VKL client programs require other rendering toolkit libs (tbb, rkcommon, ispcrt, embree)

Tested on Windows and Linux... x86-64 intel cpu and Intel ARC A770.
