feat: smooth async sync animation

Summary

• move sync TTY rendering onto an async timer-driven animation loop
• keep sync throbbers moving during fresh and resumed rebases, including sync-triggered cleanup
• add progress-aware rebase continue plumbing and render tests for ticking in-flight branches
