[BUG] Cannot deploy interface to emulator

Current Behavior

it is not possible to deploy and interface to emulator after https://github.com/onflow/flowkit/pull/104/files

Expected Behavior

It is possible to deploy a contractInterface to emulator

Steps To Reproduce

1. try to deploy https://contractbrowser.com/A.b78ef7afa52ff906.SwapInterfaces to emulator
2. it fails because it says it cannot find the contract declaration
