Here's a summary of the major developments and features added last week:

✨ Screens & Layout Management:

• Added a "Manage Layouts" screen where you can now reorder your layouts by dragging and dropping them, complete with smooth animations.
• You can also choose to show or hide default layouts.
• The "FreeForm" layout type now saves your changes, arranges buttons in a grid, and lets buttons shrink to fit.
• Added a dialog for adding or editing buttons within the FreeForm layout.
• A new specific layout called "Normal Flight" has been added.

⚙️ Settings & Customization:

• A new Settings screen has been added, with an entry animation.
• You can now pick custom colors for elements using a new color picker.
• Button colors and text sizes can now be adjusted.

🛠️ Core Improvements & Features:

• Implemented a new system (Hilt) for managing app components, making the app more robust.
• Improved how data is stored and managed internally (DataStore refactor).
• All buttons are now "Momentary" (active only while pressed).
• Added vibration feedback and sound effects for interactions.
• Included a list of all available Star Citizen keymap commands.
• The app now remembers which tab you had selected.

⚙️ Technical Summary (Apr 21 - Apr 27, 2025):

• Layout Management & UI:
  • ManageLayoutsScreen introduced, featuring drag-and-drop reordering with animations (detectDragGestures, Modifier.animateItem) and state persistence via saveLayoutOrder().
  • FreeFormLayout implemented with persistence, a grid structure, dynamic button sizing, and an integrated add/edit button dialog.
  • New specific layout NormalFlightLayout created. Functionality to show/hide default layouts added.
• Settings & Configuration:
  • New SettingScreen created, including an entry animation. Initial settings dialog functionality completed.
  • Added a color picker component and enabled adjustable button color and text size.
• Core Architecture & Data Handling:
  • Implemented Dependency Injection using Hilt.
  • Refactored MainActivity and created TabDatasource. DataStore interactions were also refactored.
  • Simplified the internal Command object structure. Implemented persistence for the selected UI tab.
• User Interaction & Feedback:
  • Standardized all buttons to MomentaryButton type.
  • Added vibration (haptic feedback) and sound effects for UI interactions.
  • An SC (Star Citizen) keymap listing available commands was added.
