History file in user home is missing

Only the temporary history is working, but the history_file is never created after the shutdown of the computer/shell.

Make an information file, and set a key (like "TimestampInitHistory"), and make a config file with a key ("HistoryDuration" with value like "XXh" (hours) or "XXd" (days) or "XXw" (week))
