Need strong RTL support

Description

Need strong RTL support, the current system does not work properly

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the example app
2. On the Home screen, click the RTL icon on the top bar
3. You will see a pop-up

Expected behavior

It should actually switch to RTL mode

Actual behavior

Only rendering a pop-up we need to actually switch to RTL mode
