After downloading the GPT-2 model with sample test data

Question1: Please suggest how to read the e.g. input_0.pb file into input1 using e.g. OnnxRuntime Csharp API
Question2: Please suggest how to read the e.g. output_0.pb file into output1 using e.g. OnnxRuntime Csharp API

Is this issue related to a specific model?

Next step is to use Protobuf .NET to decode them.
