Although we haven’t explored the area of Nystagmus rehabilitation in depth, this Google Scholar search suggests there is growing interest in the field. We think that a game-based approach could help address some of the associated challenges. This thread could be a useful space to discuss potential game applications, such as Pong, Webgrid, or other relevant ideas.

About Webgrid:
Neuralink developed Webgrid to test how precisely a person can control a computer. The goal of the game is to click on targets across a grid as quickly and accurately as possible. The player’s score, measured in bits per second (BPS), is calculated based on the number of correct targets selected per minute (NTPM) and the grid size. According to Neuralink, their first clinical trial participant achieved a score of 9.51 BPS using brain control alone.
