Rename app from q1config to Smial

The app now supports 98+ Keychron boards, not just Q1 Pro. Rename reflects
the broader scope and plays on Vial (which itself plays on VIA).

- Rename binary, HTML, Python script: q1config → smial
- Update window title, CLI banner, browser tab, docstrings
- Update GitHub workflows for new artifact names (smial-*.zip/tar.gz)
- Update docs (README, PORTING, firmware/README) with new names/URLs
- Fix device-not-found error to say "Keychron device" not "Q1 Pro"
