Why OPEA need the multiple language doc?
Could you provide background?

Does the online doc support the multiple language doc too?
If yes, have you test this PR in the online doc locally?

Who is the maintainer of this language folder?
If the main/English doc is updated, who is responsibility of update this language folder?

Is it possible ask the reader to translate the web page to local language in Chrome/Edge, so that OPEA need only English version?

OK, I know the background. Thank your contribution!

Support more language is good idea.
But in this stage, I mean OPEA has more important functions to be developed. This feature is too early. Multiple language version will be developed when product is stable in general.

This PR is not a whole solution for multiple language support, like:
The online doc structure need to be updated to support multiple language.
There is no link to this folder in main READEME.

I suggest to pending this PR, utile the multiple language is supported in OPEA framework.

I see, in the main fork is deleted Readme.md and Readme.rst was added

Yes, it was. it's removed now.
But the content is not moved to README.rst.

I think it's the pain point that develop the multiple language when the project is not in stable.
All documents are updated every day.

I appreciate your contribution to this project.

I think the OPEA is not ready to support multiple language in framework.
This PR is too early to accept now.
