- Add dashboard to .github/repositories.json for GitHub Actions matrix
- Rename chart from ocm-dashboard to dashboard for consistency
- Update Chart.yaml with appropriate development version (0.1.0)
- Add comprehensive Helm targets to Makefile
- Create detailed chart documentation and README
- Add test script for validating helm workflow
- Include version strategy documentation
- Update all template references and helper functions
