Warn user about existing port voltage override when changing headstage

In the case where there is a port voltage override value set, and the user changes the headstage option, give an alert window prompting the user to let the automated voltage discovery run for the newly selected headstage. Still allow them to leave the voltage override in place, but give proper warning before allowing a connection.
