Code Review

This pull request is an automated release for version 0.1.7 of the openfeature-go-feature-flag-provider. The changes correctly update the version number in the manifest, changelog, lockfile, and version constant. I've added one suggestion to improve the consistency of the changelog. Otherwise, the changes are appropriate for a release.

For consistency within this changelog, it's better to use a uniform scope for commit messages. Looking at the history, scopes like openfeature-go-feature-flag-provider, goff, and go-feature-flag have been used. To improve clarity and consistency, I suggest using openfeature-go-feature-flag-provider as it is the most descriptive and was used in the previous version's bug fix entry.
