Offline Mode

Hi all, interested in building this but my course I belong to has poor cellular connection at the range. I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but will this build properly display data on the screen even without internet? Then I can go home and sync data to grafana later? Thanks!

yeah it all works locally. I connect to my phones hotspot and the unit just displays on my phone. if you have the 7" display connected it should run locally until you have wifi/internet.
