* [#1445] ``libexpat`` had some security vulnerabilities patched in Debian which lead to broken
  XML parsing in the StUF-BG prefill plugin. This affected version 1.0.1 through 1.0.3, possibly
  also 1.0.0.

There are no Open Forms code changes, but this release and version bump includes the
newer versions of the fixed OS-level dependencies and updates to Python
3.8.13.
