.. note:: #1627 caused session authentication to no longer be available in the API
   schema for the submission suspend/complete endpoints. This was not intended to be
   public API, so this option is gone now.

   Both of these endpoints require a valid submission ID to exist in the session to
   use them, which was the intended behaviour.
