This patch fixes a couple of bugs encountered when upgrading from 1.1 to 2.0.

**Bugfixes**

* [#2301] Fixed identifying attributes still being hashed after a submission is resumed
* [#2135] Fixed submission step data being cascade deleted in certain edge cases
* [#2219] A fix was also attempted for bad CSS unit usage in confirmation e-mails, but
  this caused other problems. As a workaround you should use the correctly sized images
  for the time being.
* [#2244] Fixed 'content' component and components not marked as showInSummary showing
  up in server rendered summary
* Fixed pattern for formio key validation
* [#2304] Refactored form logic action "mark step as not applicable" to use ID
  references rather than API paths, which affected some logic actions.
* [#2262] Fixed upgrade from < 2.0 crash when corrupt prefill configuration was present
  in existing forms
* [#1899] Apply prefill data normalization before saving into variables
* [#2367] Fixed automatic conversion of advanced frontend logic when using selectboxes
  component type
