Allow multi assets selection for curated assets

Describe your changes:

1. Sort data assets by size by default

2. Update the empty widget icon size to medium (86px) for all the widgets

3. Allow multi-selection for assets in the curated assets widget
4. Fix styling for dropdown
5. Add certification filter and certification tag on the UI

6. Fix the "view in explore" link for asset types and open them in a new tab
7. Fix the "view in explore" link for advanced filters and open them in a new tab
8. Clicking the header should take you to the filter value in Explore
9. Draggable button should be visible all the time, not just on hover
10. Update unsaved changes modal as per the new design
11. Make customized landing page header options consistent across all the domains
12. Fix navigation blocker to not block links opening in another tab
13. Disable save when the query filters are incomplete in the curated assets modal
14. Click on save in the curated assets modal should save the layout
15. Convert description from markdown to plain text for the curated assets
