The requestDataAccessButton renders a <Button> with no onClick handler, making it non-functional. Users will see a clickable button that does nothing when clicked, which is a poor UX experience. If this is intentionally staged for a follow-up PR, consider either hiding it behind a feature flag or adding a placeholder handler (e.g., a toast notification saying 'Coming soon').
