Per the bullet added to NEWS, these ABI changes were made to correct erroneous Fortran bindings. It is exceedingly unlikely that anyone was using them, because they would have complained that the names/types were outright wrong. Hence, it's safe to make these changes, even though they're not backwards compatible with v2.0.0 and v2.0.1. Signed-off-by: Jeff Squyres <jsquyres@cisco.com>
