Reseting the ORTE_NODE_FLAG_MAPPED flag after hosts filtering, this
flag is used subsequently and can be affect to the node mapping logic

This shouldn't be merged until #4957 is merged. Once #4957 is merged, the cherry-pick ref in the comment should be updated.

In the future, please don't file PRs against release branches until the patch is in master (unless there is no corresponding patch in master, which does sometimes happen).

@bwbarrett Thanks. #4957 is merged now, cherry-pick message doesn't seem to need an update.

I think v3.1 is affected
