Change albums creation date

Can Change Album creation date feature be implemented, as for example I am uploading many albums from previous years and only option to sort them by chronological time is to create albums in certain order, it would be nice to change creation date and time as if other shared album from another user was from lets say from 1996 but photos were digitized in current year it would appear on top and there is no way to change that.
