List all assets whose description, filename or OCR matches a search term

AFAIK I have no way of listing ALL photos with a description matching my search terms.

• Using the Ctrl+K menu, I can search my library by description, filename or OCR. However, the modal shows only the top 5 matches.
• If I just use the search bar and press ENTER, then it does not allow me to search in the description, filename or OCR specifically.
• The filter panel does not offer a way to filter by these fields either.

I have manually labeled some of my photos using the description field. I'd like to be able to find all photos whose description contains a certain search term.

I've implemented this - it should get released in 5.0.0 or 5.1.0 soon after Immich releases 3.0.0
