Hey, I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What do you mean the left column under their appropriate spaces? |

Sorry, not sure I have all the right words... The "left column" would be the left sidebar with the "Gallery" logo on top and the various "Photos" "Spaces" "Explore" "Map" etc choices (Attaching a picture). My thought was that albums would appear "nested" under their appropriate space in this list. 
Alternatively, lower in that same sidebar is the Albums section - where all the created albums appear - but ones I have shared via spaces to another user don't appear there for them - they can only find shared albums by going to the Space and clicking the "Album" button. I expect this may be a Immich limitation and I understand, but thought I would mention it. |

Thanks for the feedback. So you would like to see the albums in the sidebar, either nested under the space, or in the Albums section on the sidebar - I guess in order to access them quicker? I'll soon be tackling album folders/nested albums, and I guess this falls in that category as well. I haven't yet decided how to expose albums that are shared via spaces - either only via spaces (like now), or extending it to also show as "shared" albums. I don't like the idea of showing all space albums in the user's albums section. If they were to be visible, I would consider making that opt-in. What do you think? |

Yes, I think having them available at lease under the Spaces makes it a lot faster and more important to me, more obvious and similar to how the rest already works… when sharing with non-technical family, having it more obvious helps in my opinion. I can see this fitting well with nested Albums - that makes sense. I would be fine with only having the tree under Spaces, or making it opt-in kind of like you currently opt to have spaces appear in your timeline - could even combine those options I guess (I know too many options are a pain)… maybe just have ‘integrate spaces’ and then spaces appear in your timeline and archives and whatever else makes sense in the future… But I can see never having them in normal albums - that way shared albums stay ‘separate’ from a user’s personal albums. just kind of brainstorming… |

I assume this might be coming, but figured I would point out... the new shared albums don't seem to appear in the left column under their appropriate "Spaces" - seems like they would, although I could see the argument that they only appear under "Albums", but I don't think they appear there if they are shared as part of a Space... if that makes sense.
