Inconsistent selection toolbar across timelines (missing in Shared Space timeline/albums)

When browsing the normal photo timeline or a regular album's timeline, selecting a photo brings up a toolbar in the top-right corner with several actions: Share, Select all, Add to album, and Download.

However, this same toolbar doesn't appear when browsing a Shared Space timeline or an album inside a Shared Space. In those views, the only available action is Select all and even that is missing when viewing an album within a Shared Space (it's only present in the top-level Shared Space timeline).

This creates an inconsistent experience: users lose access to basic actions (share, add to album, download) simply because they're browsing through a Shared Space instead of their personal timeline or a regular album.

Suggestion: Unify the selection toolbar so it behaves the same way across all timeline types personal timeline, regular albums, Shared Space timeline, and albums within a Shared Space.

However, I now notice that only the person who uploaded the photo to the Space, or the person whose external library (linked to their account) is connected to the Space, has access to the full set of actions (favorite, share, add to album, etc.).

Is there no way for other users in the Space to also get access to these actions?
