…rg order utopia-php/fetch was incorrectly removed from dependencies despite still being used by tests/e2e/Client.php — moved to require-dev. Also fixes the Server constructor call passing Container as the mode argument. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
