Semantic Field Types: dimension_type, data_type, and pii_classification

Problem

Currently OSI fields have very minimal type information (is_time: true/false).
This limits:

• AI agents understanding what a field represents (identifier vs measurement vs category)
• Automated analytics, data quality rules etc tailored to field semantics
• Privacy/PII classification for governance tools

Proposal

Add optional semantic_type and pii_classification to fields:

    pii_classification: pii
