The inclusion of the ECCO algorithm and it's configuration into the XSD was not documented here previously. This PR updates the documentation to match the changes in the new v0.1.1 of
OspSystemStructure.xsd.Will also update
opensimulationplatform.comto host said file so the links work, once I get hold of the credentials :)
