I've seen this repo (https://github.com/MauricioPerera/mcpwasm) and I think you should take a look.
The idea seems brilliant to me and it brings a dynamism and versatility to MCPs that could be very useful.
(alternatives to Cloudflare workers can be added by implementing own worker)
(I indexed it in deepwiki (https://deepwiki.com/MauricioPerera/mcpwasm) for a fast analysis)
