MCP with Stdio throw open-terminal

currently openwebui can't use MCP Servers with Stdio output.
this limitation can be overcome with proxy tools like mcpo or similar.
but with open-terminal we could use it to host the mcp server.
this would enable us to be able to use those at scale with user isolation and homedrive persistent which is often difficult with proxys.
