TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
   install and use the Software ("Open Post") free of charge for personal
   and internal commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the Software.
   b. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the
      Software.
   c. Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer
      the Software or any rights therein to any third party.
   d. Use the Software, in whole or in part, to build, assist in building,
      or contribute to any product or service that competes with the
      Software.
   e. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other
      proprietary notices contained in the Software.
   f. Use the Software to provide a hosted, managed, or SaaS offering to
      third parties.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Open Post and
   title thereto remains in Open Post. All rights in the Software not
   specifically granted in this license are reserved to Open Post.

4. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically
   if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination,
   you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL OPEN POST BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR
   THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
