/v1/update-client and /v1/update-operation-client service in test-suite needs to be updated to avoid newRelease and oldRelease

As per decision made in issue #758 , newRelease and oldRelease are to be restricted when we fetch http-c applications for services /v1/update-client and update-operation-client.

The same needs to be included in test-suite for services /v1/update-client and /v1/update-operation-client, while fetching http-c OldRelease,NewRelease,ElasticSearch applications are to be restricted .

2. Continuous Integration /v1/update-operation-client POST /v1/update-operation-client responds 204
3. Acceptance /v1/update-operation-client Update in LTP is successfully notified to ALT
