To implement /v1/register-yourself

Remove the following callbacks

• Remove processing the attributes https-address,https-port from the requestBody
• PromptForRegisteringCausesRegistrationRequest2 : New forwarding included to be supported with dispose-remainders-operation,preceding-release-operation,subsequent-release-operation attribute support.
  A mechanics needs to be included to perform both the callbacks to register an application.
