To support new API /v1/inquire-basic-auth-approvals

• Mark the API /v1/inquire-oam-request-approvals as deprecated

• For the callback BasicAuthRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication in the API /v1/inquire-oam-request-approvals : OAM request approval should refer the new forwarding in the applicationPattern/commons/AppCommons/validateBasicAuth

• Provide support to the new API

• support the callback inquireBasicAuthRequestApprovals along with LTP and fc updation and the forwarding automation.
