Observing "Request failed with status code 404 from element (II time)" for the devices available in MWDI cache

Observing "Request failed with status code 404 from element" but for those element cache was available in MWDI and controller MAC table is also retrieved successfully.

@latta-siae , I can able to retrieve the cache CC from MWDI but in MATR am seeing 404 error in docker logs.

After a deep analysis I'm able to give an answer on it.
as per design MATR in his cycleProcess has to deal with MWDI and a callback inside MATR

the call back "MATR://v1/read-current-mac-table-from-device" is composed of 4 callbacks

on 2nd request fails retrieving data from ODL(empty data)

But as we discuss in the latest meeting API has to be return immediately the request id. NEP issue

so I will try to change the behavior of MATR://v1/read-current-mac-table-from-device

Issue is due to empty "learned mac table" probably those mountname has not to take in account as a tests.
Waiting for application owner for correct behavior.
