[NotificationService] Cleared alarm notification is not updating the cache

When new alarm is raised, it is retrieved successfully from cache. But When we cleared that alarm, cache is not updated everytime.
Once or twice cleared alarm removed from the current alarm pac, other time that alarm persist.
Note: Notification proxy is having success message for the delivered alarm notification to MWDI.

Tested with latest MWDI version 1.1.2.g_impl, Still Issue is presists.
Even after clearing the alarm in device, cache still reflects the alarm.
