@mpfeil /settings and /profile routes should be done. We are only missing profile stats of measurements and sensors.

• General Account Information can be edited on /settings/account

• Password can be changed on /settings/password

• Information for the public (Profile) can be edited on /settings/profile

• Profile overview can be accessed on /profile/$username or if logged in also on /profile and /profile/me

• If another user tries to access the profile and the profile does not exist or is private, the visitor get redirected to /explore
