Nobody actually uses https://pypi.org/project/ImSwitchUC2/, and the CI workflows for publishing to PyPI always fail but we've done nothing about it (because publishing to PyPI doesn't matter). But they fail on every commit to master, which makes it hard to tell when something is actually broken because every commit has a "CI failed" visual indicator at first glance. So it's better to delete these workflows.
Similarly, nobody uses the
.exeinstaller built by the "bundle" CI workflow, but it adds maintenance burden. So we should just delete it, too.
