This PR enables device-admin to show comparable information to what was added in the terminal login MOTD by openUC2/os-rpi#129 . Forklift-related versioning info is loaded from a YAML file at
/run/versioning/forklift.yml.This PR also makes the homepage show the machine's machine name, hostname, mDNS name, and Tailscale DNS name.
