Description
In Channel A (Channel ID: xyz), Agent A is mentioned.
Agent A then creates a thread.
When chatting with Agent A in that thread, the channel ID it receives is no longer “xyz” but a different number, which seems to be the thread ID.
Can we have both the channel ID and the thread ID?
