undefined method Client::responses()

Hi there,

It appears that the responses method isn’t available in this package. Interestingly, it’s updated in the main OpenAI PHP library that actually implements this method.

Has anyone managed to use it?

I need it to use the web search feature.

I use it in 4 different projects right now with the updated Laravel/Client repos. Be sure you are on latest and I'm positive it'll work.

My bad, I don't know why but composer installed the v0.11.0 instead of the latest one 💀
