Automation should respect local timezone

Currently when I set an automation, it won't respect my local timezone (GMT+8), but instead I believe it is set to Pacific.

When I set it every 7AM Monday, my timezone

It will set to 20 hours from now, which I expected it to be next week because 7AM Monday has already elapsed right now on my timezone.
