I noticed Codex is already using Rama in parts of its networking stack. That is great to see. I believe there is an opportunity to go quite a bit further here.
Rama is designed to push network level control, observability, and flexibility much deeper into application and tooling layers. Based on our experience building and running Rama in production environments, there are a few areas where we could help Codex unlock more value:
Stronger and more flexible proxying and traffic shaping capabilities
More advanced protocol handling and emulation
Improved performance and resource efficiency for existing use cases
Faster iteration on features that are currently difficult or costly to build in house
Beyond the current usage, we can also accelerate Rama itself in directions that directly benefit Codex. That includes features tailored to AI driven tooling, large scale scraping, anti bot resilience, and complex network simulation.
We also offer hands on support, custom development, and deep integration work. This means we can both improve what is already there and help build new capabilities inside Codex using Rama as a foundation.
We would love to explore becoming an official partner for OpenAI products like Codex and help accelerate this part of the stack.
